Physician-Guided Skin & Pigment Assessment

This physician-guided assessment is designed to help identify what may be contributing to recurring dark spots, uneven tone, irritation, breakouts, acne marks, or results that do not last.
Together, we’ll look at:
• your skin’s current condition
• your current skincare routine
• possible triggers and patterns
• whether your skin is irritated, inflamed, or ready for pigment correction
• what type of product or treatment approach makes the most sense next
You’ll leave with:
• a clearer understanding of what may be affecting your skin
• personalized skincare and treatment guidance
• a written summary of your plan so you know what to use, what to avoid, and what your next step should be
• guidance on whether you need routine support, medical evaluation, follow-up care, or a more structured pigment plan

Book Skin + Medical if your concern may need both skincare guidance and medical evaluation, such as active acne, rash, prescription treatment, or another medical skin issue along with pigment concerns.
Book Medical Dermatology if your main concern is a medical skin condition requiring diagnosis or prescription management. Florida residents only.
Skin Progress Follow-Up
20 Minutes | $75
This visit is for established Skin & Pigment Assessment patients who need reassessment, adjustment, or
guidance on whether to stay with the current plan or move to the next step
Follow-ups are used to evaluate:
• how your skin is responding
• whether irritation or reactivity has improved
• whether your skin is ready for correction
• whether your plan needs adjustment
• whether you should remain in your current phase or progress forward
Follow-up visits are appropriate within 12 months of your initial assessment, as long as the concern remains related to the original skin or pigment plan.
If it has been more than 12 months, or if you have a new concern, a new Physician-Guided Skin & Pigment Assessment is required.
Virtual Medical Dermatology Visit
30 minutes | $175
(Florida residents only)
For medical skin conditions requiring evaluation and prescription management when appropriate.
This visit is separate from skincare and pigment planning.
